1. Purpose

This policy defines how AI-generated content is created, owned, and used on the PixMuse platform. It establishes guidelines for responsible use and disclaimers regarding AI limitations.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all AI-generated images and content produced through the PixMuse platform, and to all users who create, access, or distribute such content.

3. AI Content Generation

• Images generated through PixMuse are created by artificial intelligence models based on user-submitted text prompts
• AI outputs are generated algorithmically and may vary with each generation
• Results are influenced by prompt content, model parameters, and training data
• PixMuse does not guarantee specific outcomes for any given prompt

4. Ownership of Generated Images

User Rights

• Unless otherwise specified, users retain rights to images generated from their prompts
• Users may use generated images for personal and commercial purposes, subject to applicable law
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of generated images does not infringe on third-party rights

Platform Rights

• PixMuse retains rights necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the platform
• PixMuse may use anonymized generation data to enhance AI model performance
• PixMuse does not claim ownership of user-generated content

5. Responsible Use

Users must not use PixMuse-generated images for:

• Misinformation — Creating fake news, fabricated events, or deceptive media
• Harassment — Targeting, intimidating, or bullying individuals
• Impersonation — Creating realistic depictions of real individuals without consent
• Illegal purposes — Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Fraud — Using generated images to deceive for financial or personal gain

6. Ethical Restrictions

PixMuse enforces ethical standards in AI content generation:

• No deepfake harassment or non-consensual intimate imagery
• No generation of content designed to spread misinformation
• No creation of illegal propaganda or extremist material
• No content that exploits, harms, or endangers individuals

7. AI Limitations

Users should be aware that AI-generated outputs:

• May contain inaccuracies — AI models can produce unexpected or imprecise results
• May resemble existing works — Generated images may unintentionally resemble copyrighted or existing visual content
• Should not be considered factual representations — AI images do not depict real events, persons, or places unless coincidental
• Are not guaranteed to be unique — Similar prompts may produce similar outputs across different users

8. Liability Disclaimer

• PixMuse does not guarantee the originality, legality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content
• Users are fully responsible for how generated content is used, shared, or distributed
• PixMuse shall not be held liable for damages arising from the misuse of AI-generated images
• Users must independently verify that generated content complies with applicable laws before use

9. Content Review

PixMuse reserves the right to:

• Review generated content for policy compliance
• Remove content that violates platform policies
• Suspend or terminate accounts engaged in policy violations

10. Review and Updates

This policy is reviewed periodically to reflect changes in AI technology, regulations, and best practices. Updates are communicated to users through the platform.
