This policy applies to all PixMuse users, subscribers, developers, administrators, and third-party service providers interacting with the PixMuse platform.

- AI Generated Content — Images created using PixMuse machine learning models.
- User — Any individual accessing PixMuse services.
- Platform — PixMuse website, APIs, and related services.
- Personal Data — Information identifiable to an individual.
- Credits — Units used for AI image generation on the platform.

5. Service Overview
PixMuse provides AI-powered tools for generating digital images from user prompts. The platform offers both free and paid subscription-based plans.
6. User Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old or meet applicable legal age requirements in their jurisdiction to use the platform.
7. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate information during registration and maintain the security of their account credentials. Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
8. Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- Attempt to exploit platform vulnerabilities or security weaknesses
- Generate illegal, harmful, or prohibited imagery
- Use automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction tools
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the AI model
- Use bots or automated traffic to interact with the platform
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with platform operations
9. Subscription and Billing
PixMuse may offer:
- Free plans with limited generation credits
- Paid subscriptions with enhanced features and higher quotas
- Credit-based image generation
Billing Terms
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly)
- Auto-renewal is enabled by default and may be cancelled before the next billing cycle
- Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers (PayPal, Razorpay)
- Price changes will be communicated in advance before the next billing cycle
Refund and Cancellation
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time
- Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period
- Refunds may be issued at PixMuse's discretion, subject to applicable consumer protection laws
- Partially used billing periods are generally non-refundable
Credit / Token Usage
- Credits are allocated per subscription tier and reset each billing cycle
- Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts
- Abuse of credit systems (e.g., fraudulent account creation) may result in account termination
10. Service Availability
PixMuse aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary service disruptions.
11. Security Practices
In alignment with ISO/IEC 27001, PixMuse implements:
- Encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS)
- Secure cloud infrastructure with restricted administrative access
- Regular security monitoring and vulnerability assessments
- Access controls and authentication mechanisms

- Third-party actions related to generated content
15. Warranty Disclaimer
PixMuse provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
16. Modifications to Service
PixMuse reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. Material changes to these terms will be communicated to users via email or platform notification.
17. Account Termination
PixMuse may terminate or suspend user accounts for violation of these terms, illegal activity, or any conduct that threatens platform integrity.
18. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
19. Dispute Resolution
Parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
